If I could give Ellie more than 5 stars I would! I honestly could not imagine having anyone else on this journey with... me. Through the planning process, communication with all the vendors, on the day co-ordination and styling - right down to every single detail. Ellie was organised, professional, supportive and made my vision come to life. Her eye for styling and attention to detail is next level 🙌 our wedding was honestly everything I dreamed and more and having her through the whole process to coordinating on the day made me 100% stress free. We recently used Ellie from Sunshine Weddings as the stylist for our wedding at Flaxton Gardens in April 2026 and I... could not recommend her/her team highly enough. She has true attention to detail with beautiful products and services that helped bring our wedding vision to life. We got so many compliments from our guests about the amazing place settings/tables/décor etc. Ellie also had impeccable communication from start to end and nothing was ever too much for her! I would highly recommend Ellie and use her services again.read more

We hired only a handful of items from Ellie for our ceremony, yet she was one of my favourite suppliers. She went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and looked perfect on the day - including transporting our flowers from the ceremony to our reception location for us. Ellie is soo kind and supportive. She put together the most gorgeous elopement for us. Not only that she stepped in and... helped us with little things like holding the bridesmaids bags, giving us direction and helped the guests settled. The professionalism from Ellie was outstanding. The moment we met her for the first time at the venue six months... earlier to the day of the wedding she was very willing to help us to achieve our dreams. Communication through email or messages was very prompt. The day of the wedding she was very calming. With ready, open communication, clear details on what we could choose from, and transparency on what each change would do to our overall cost, I'd highly recommend Ellie to anyone.
